When life gets tough, the easiest thing for anyone to do, is blame the circumstance that they are in. There isn’t anything wrong in blaming the circumstance, but is it possible to go back a few steps and analyse what got you there?
One of the simplest and probably the most rewarding change that I incorporated in my life was replacing the phrase “I can’t” to “How can I“. This simple shift, got me to think on ways as to how I could improve the conditions of my life, rather than acting the unfortunate victim.
Whenever, I claimed,”I can’t“, that somehow created a mind block and led to me freezing on the situation. However, on the contrary, the “How can I” encouraged me to think, implement and for the most part, I accomplished positive results and a scope to move forward.
Nothing comes easy, just like any professional, training to be competitive, you need to beat the odds. Train yourself to try, train yourself to win, and most importantly train yourself to have faith in the only product that has your back and that product is “You!”
From here on, it’s a decision that you need to make for yourself, “Effort” or “Excuse“. Getting out of your comfort zone is the first step forward. It’s not going to be a walk in the park, but I promise you this, it’s a walk worth taking!
